摘要
目的：明确精神科住院病人的急性期行为，确立相关行为的护理对策。方法：采用回顾性调查法，对我院2012年6月至2014年6月收治的的精神科住院病人的资料及护理病历进行调查研究。<br> 结果：结果显示，精神科住院病人急性期行为存在攻击性，其中189例出现过攻击性行为，攻击对象包括护士、医生、护工、家属等与之有接触的人群。<br> 结论：精神科住院病人急性期行为存在一定得危险性，采取相关护理对策对保障病人、医务工作者及患者家属的权益至关重要。
Abstract
Objective:to clear the acute phase behavior of psychiatric inpatients,establish relevant nursing countermeasures. <br> Methods:a retrospective survey method,in our hospital in June 2012 to June 2012 were hospitalized psychiatric patients information and investigate the nursing medical records. <br> Results:the results showed that psychiatric patients hospitalized with acute phase of aggressive behavior,including 189 cases with aggressive behavior,a target such as nurses,doctors, health care workers,family members have contact with the crowd. <br> Conclusion:the psychiatric inpatient acute phase behavior there is a risk,take relevant nursing countermeasures for the protection of the rights of patients,medical workers and patients'fam-ilies is very important.
