摘要
目的：探讨门诊手术室护理中开展优质护理服务效果。方法：本次共选择200例门诊手术室病例，均为我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治，采用数字表抽取法随机分组，就常规护理方案应用（对照组，n＝100）与开展优质护理服务（观察组，n＝100）效果进行比较。结果：观察组选取病例护理质量及舒适度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组并发症率为2％，对照组为16％，组间有统计学差异（P＜0．05）。结论：加强门诊手术室护理中的优质护理服务，是“以人为本”护理理念在临床工作中的具体体现，对提高护理质量，防范不良事件发生有非常重要的意义。
Abstract
Objective:Investigate conduct outpatient operating room nursing quality care results.Method:The 200 cases were selected outpatient operating room cases in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were treated using randomized number table extraction method,the application of conventional care (control group,n =100)and to carry out quality care services (observation group,n =100)results were compared.Results:Observation group selected cases the quality of care and comfort scores were higher,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).Observation group complication rate of2% in the control group was 16%,a significant diference (P <0.05)between groups .Conclusion:Strengthening outpatient operating room nursing quality care,is "people-oriented"concept embodied in clinical nursing work,to improve the quality of care and prevent adverse events have very important significance.
