摘要
目的：了解我国目前手术后乳腺癌患者的乳房再造现状，探讨拒绝乳房再造的原因。方法采用自制调查问卷和一对一深度访谈的方法对220名手术后乳腺癌患者进行调查研究。结果仅有22名患者选择乳房再造，乳房再造率为10％。选择乳房再造的患者中以年轻患者、学历在高中及以上、有工作以及经济状况较好的患者居多。而其他不愿意选择乳房再造的患者的理由主要有：年龄大了、害怕二次手术伤害、害怕乳房再造术影响疾病预后、经济状况有限等，大部分患者都是综合考虑以上因素而作出决定的。结论目前我国手术后乳腺癌患者的乳房再造率仍不高，存在诸多影响患者选择乳房再造的因素，如年龄、学历、社会交往、经济状况等。
Abstract
AIM:To know about the breast reconstruction status after mastectomy at present in China and why the breast cancer patients refuse breast reconstruction. <br> METHODS:A self-made questionnair and one-on-one depth interview were conducted.Total y 220 postoperative patients with breast cancer were selected to join in the reserch. <br> Results:Only 22 of the patients choose breast reconstruction ,the breast reconstruction rate is 10%.The people choose breast reconstruction are mostly younger patients,the degree is in high school and above ,in employment and economic situation is much bet er than others.The reason why they refuse breast reconstruction <br> mainly contained:it's too old to do breast reconstruction;fear of a second surgery damage;fear breast reconstruction influence breast disease outcomes;economic conditions etc.Most patients are comprehensive condition of the above factors and make the decision. <br> Conclusion:At present ,the breast reconstruction rate is stil very low in China,and there are many factors which influence the patients'choice ,such as age,education background,social communication ,economic situation etc.
