摘要
目的：研究并分析软组织挫伤的治疗措施。方法：将我院2014年1月到2014年9月收治的60例软组织挫伤患者纳入本研究，按照治疗方式的不同将60例患者分为消炎散组（n＝30）与对照组（n＝30），前者应用消炎散，后者使用消炎止痛膏，对比两组患者止痛时间、消肿情况与治疗效果。结果：消炎散组患者消肿时间与止痛时间分别为（4．84±1．12）d、（3．65±0．97）d，对照组患者消肿时间与止痛时间分别为（6．88±1．43）d、（5．76±1．23）d；消炎散组痊愈、有效、无效例数分别为16、12、2，对照组痊愈、有效、无效例数分别为11、14、5，前者治疗有效率为93．3％，优于后者的83．3％，无论是在消肿时间、止痛时间还是在治疗有效率上，消炎散组均优于对照组。上述数据组间比较差异显著（p＜0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论：对于软组织挫伤患者，采用消炎散可以起到理想的治疗效果，可以在短时间内缓解患者挫伤位置的疼痛与肿胀，该种治疗措施值得在临床中推广和使用。
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the treatment of soft tissue contusion.Methods:60 cases of soft tissue contusion patients in our hospital in 2014 January to 2014 September were enrol ed in this study,according to the dif erent ways of treatment 60 patients were divided into Chinese medicine group (n=30)and control group (n=30),the former application of anti-phlogistic scat ered,the lat er use antiphlogistic analgesic ointment,compared two groups of patients with pain of time,swel ing and therapeutical ef ect.Results:the antiphlogistic scat ered groups of patients with swel ing time and pain relieving time were (4.84 +1.12)d,(3.65 +0.97)d,patients in the control group the swel ing time and pain relieving time were (6.88 +1.43)d,(5.76 +1.23)d;antiphlogistic powder group recovery,efective and inefective cases were 16 and 12,2,the control group cured,efective and inefective cases were 11,14,5, the ef ective rate of the treatment was 93.3%,bet er than the lat er in 83.3%,both in the swel ing time,analgesic time or rate of ef ective in treatment,Chinese medicine group was bet er than the control group.The above data the diferences between groups was significant (P <0.05),the diference was statistical y significant.Conclusion:for the patients with soft tissue contusion, antiphlogistic powder can play the ideal treatment ef ect in a short period of time can relieve pain and swel ing contusion position of patients,the treatment is worthy to be popularized and used in clinic.
