局部应用去甲肾上腺素减少全膝关节置换术后出血

摘要
目的：评价人工全膝关节置换（TKA）术中关节腔内注入去甲肾上腺素减少出血的疗效。方法 TKA24例，随机分为两组，实验组假体安装完毕，关节腔内局部注射去甲肾上腺素（1：200000）30ml，对照组常规处理，观察引流量。结果实验组24h平均引流量（142．3±92．27）mL，对照组（280．0±145．26）mL，两组有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；实验组术后总引流量平均（268．4±168．48）mL，对照组平均（510．9±204．65）mL，两组有显著差异（P＜0．01）。结论 TKA术后，局部应用去甲肾上腺素有效减少伤口渗出量。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ef ect of norepinephrine on reducing bleeding in knee joint after total replacement operation.Methods 24 patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Total replacement of knee joint was performed in patients of experimental group,30mL of norepinephrine (1:200000)was injected into the knee joint cavity by the end of operation.Patients in control group were treated with no injection of norepinephrine.The drainage volume was recorded after the wound was closed.Results The mean drainage volume was 142.3mL and 280mL,in experimental and control groups 24h after operation (P<0.05).The mean total drainage volume was 268.4mL and 510.9mL,respectively,in experimental and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Norepinephrine can efectively reduce the drainage volume after total replacement of knee joint.
