摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果。方法：65例子宫肌瘤患者在腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤剔除术。结果：65例手术均获成功，术中失血量15～300m L，平均（80．5±55．6）ml；手术时间（100．5±35．5）min；术后肛门排气（1．65±0．5）d；无子宫肌层血肿形成；无严重并发症。结论：腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术是一种安全有效的方法。
Abstract
objective To explore the therapeutic ef icacy of hysteromyoma with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy(LM).Methods 65 patients with hysteromyoma were treated with LM.Re-sults Al 65 patients were achieved Successful y.The average operative blood loss volume was (80.5 ±55.6)ml(ranged from 15 to 300m1),average operative time (100.5 ±35.5)min,and average passage of gas by anus occurred at (1.65 ±0.5)d after operation.No myometrial hematoma happen in al the series.No severe complication happen in al the series.Conclusions LM is ef ective and safe in the treatment of hysteromyoma.
