摘要
目的：探讨老年吸入性肺炎临床治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1月－2014年6月间收治的56例老年吸入性肺炎患者临床资料。结果通过治疗基础疾病、祛痰、对症支持等治疗，56例患者治愈30例（占53．6％），好转19例（占33．9％），无效7例（占12．5％），有效率87．5％。结论老年吸入性肺炎临床表现不典型，呼吸衰竭比例高，死亡率高，及时的诊断、治疗极为重要。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment and the ef ect of aged patients with aspiration pneumonia.Methods a retrospective analysis of 56 cases of elderly patients in our hospital in 2013 January -2014 year in June admit ed to the clinical data of patients with inhalation pneumonia.Results treatment with treatment of the underlying disease,expectorant,support-ive,56 patients were cured in 30 cases (53.6%),improved in 19 cases (33.9%),invalid 7 cases (12.5%),the ef iciency of 87.5%.Conclusion aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with atypical clinical manifestations,respiratory failure rate,high mortality,diagnosis,timely treatment is very important.
