摘要
目的：建立RP－HPLC法测定明珠颗粒（决明子、制何首乌、珍珠目等）中大黄素含量的方法。方法：采用Al tech Apol o C18（5um，4．6×150mm）色谱柱，柱温为25℃，流动相为甲醇－0．1％磷酸（75：25），检测波长为290nm，流速为1．0ml／min。结果：大黄素在上述色谱条件下，分离效果良好，在进样量0．07248～0．3624ug范围内呈良好的线性关系（r＝0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．26％。结论：本方法操作较简单、准确、灵敏，可作为明珠颗粒中大黄素含量的质量控制方法。
Abstract
Objective:An RP-HPLC method has been established for the determination of Emodin in Mingzhu Granule.Methed:The Al tech Apol o C18(5um ,4.6 ×150mm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%Phosphoric Acid solution(75:25).The detection wave length was 290nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Result:the calibration curves of Emodin 0.07248~0.3624ug.The average recovery was 98.26%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable to control the quality of Mingzhu Granule.
