摘要
信号转导和转录激活子3（STAT3）是信号转导子和转录激活子家族的重要成员，在肿瘤的增殖、分化、凋亡、耐药等方面有着重要作用，持续激活的STAT3可导致肿瘤细胞生长失控，凋亡抑制，免疫逃逸，耐药性产生。STAT3在耐药细胞中的过表达提示其参与并增强了肿瘤的多药耐药。本文对STAT3在恶性肿瘤的多药耐药方面的研究进展做一简要综述。
Abstract
signal transducers and activators of transcription3 (STAT3)is a member of stat protein family.it plays an important role in tumor proliferation,dif erentiation,apoptosis, drug-resistance and so on.Sustained activation of STAT3 can lead to abnormal proliferation of tumor cel s,apoptosis suppression and immune escape and drug resistance.The STAT3 protein’ s overexpression in resistant cel line prompted to its participate and enhance the multi-drug resistance of tumors.The article puts a brief review of STAT3 in multi-drug resistance of malignant tumors.
