摘要
目的:研究应用循证医学思维对高校优秀口腔医学本科人才进行培养的措施及效果。方法:以40位学习口腔修复学的大四学生作为研究对象,分为对照组(20位)、观察组(21位)分别给予传统教学方法和循证医学思维教学法。结果:观察组学生的临床技能和理论知识考核成绩、病案分析、病历书写、教师和学生的满意度等均明显高于对照组。结论:在口腔医学的临床教学活动中合理地引入循证医学思维可有效促进教学质量得到提高,提升学生的专业知识及技术能力。
Abstract
Objective:Application of evidence-based medicine thinking for outstanding undergraduate talent stomatology and universities to measure the ef ect of training.Method:Se-lect 41 learning prosthodontics seniors as research subjects,divided into a control group (20),the observation group (21)were treated with traditional teaching methods and evidence-based medicine thinking pedagogy.Result:Group of students to observe clinical skil s and theoretical knowledge examination results,medical records analysis,medical writing,teachers and students was significantly higher satisfaction etc.Conclusion:In clinical teaching activities in dentistry thinking rational y introducing evidence-based medicine can ef ectively promote improved quality of teaching to enhance students'professional knowledge and technical ability.
