Clinical Ef ect Observation of Moxifloxacin in the Treatment of MDR -PTB
Objective To observe the clinical ef icacy and safety of moxifloxacin in the treatment of MDR -PTB.Methods According to the dif erent treatment methods,Total y 88 Patients with MDR -PTB,who were randomly divided into treatment group(44 cases)and control group (44 cases)In our hospital During the period from 2010 June to 2013 May .The patient were given moxifloxacin,0.4g,once a day,The Patient were given levofloxacin,0.6g,once a day.Al patients were treated for 18 months.The two groups also are combined with other types of antituberculosis drugs.Result After the end of treatment,The total ef iciency of treatment group and control group respectively were90.91% and 63.64%,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05);the sputum negative conversion rate respectively were 93.18% and 72.73%,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05);the focus absorption rate respectively were 84.10% and 56. 82%,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05);cavity closure rate respectively were 87.80% and 45.00%,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05);The incidence of adverse reaction respectively were 29.55% and 40.91%,there was no significant dif erence (P >0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect and the sputum negative conversion rate of moxifloxacin are superior to those of levofloxacin,and the adverse reactions of moxifloxacin rate is lower.
