The investigation and analysis of the perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics in a hospital about the Thoracic Esophageal carcinoma surgery patients
Objective To understand the perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics about esophageal carcinoma patients in our hospital,Evaluate the rationality of the perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods A retrospective survey of thoracic surgery patients in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2014 ,The total of patients with esophageal carcinoma surgery are 272,copies of medical records,analyze the situation of perioperative antimicrobial drug use.Results A total of 272 cases of surgical patients in this survey,male 209 cases,accounting for 76.83%;female 63 cases,accounting for 23.17%;maximum age of 78 years old,the minimum age of 39 years,mean age 60.81 ±7.32 years old.267 cases of preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics,five cases is not used before the surgery;prophylactic use of antibiotics time from 1 day to 10 day,the average time was 4.23 ±3.0 days.the top three types of Prophylactic use of antibiotics were cefuroxime,amoxicil in clavulanic acid,Cefmetazole.102 cases change to therapeutic use of antimicrobial drugs,the top three are piperacil in and tazobactam,amikacin, ceftazidime,Therapeutic use of antibiotics average time 7.00 ±3.10 days;Combined use antibacterial drug mainly one combined .Conclusions the perioperative use of antibiotics about Esoph-ageal carcinoma surgery patients are not standardized ,we should strengthen the management about the use of perioperative antimicrobial drug,and make a reasonable choice of using antibiotics.
