摘要
目的：探讨在慢阻肺患者中，应用小剂量克拉霉素治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院于2013年7月至2014年6月收治的慢阻肺患者60例进行分析，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗方案，观察组在对照组的基础上加入小剂量克拉霉素进行治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率（93．3％）明显高于对照组（76．6％），治疗后的肺功能指标优于对照组，急性发作次数明显低于对照组，p ＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：在慢阻肺患者中应用小剂量克拉霉素进行治疗，临床疗效更佳，患者急性发作次数少，肺功能得到明显改善，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the in COPD patients,clinicalapplication of low dose clarithromycin therapy.Methods:selected in our hospital from 2013 July to 2014 June were 60 cases of COPD patients were analyzed,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group conventional treatment scheme,the observation group were based on the addition of a low dose ofclarithromycin in treatment.To observe the clinical therapeutic ef ect of two groups were.Results:the treatment the total ef ective rate of observation group (93.3%)was significantly higher than the control group (76.6%),pulmonary function index is bet er than the control group after treatment,the number of acute at ack was significantly lower than that of the control group,P <0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:application of smal dosage of clarithromycin in the treatment of COPD patients,clinical curative ef ect is bet-ter,in patients with acute exacerbations of fewer,lung function improved,is worth the clinical promotion.
