摘要
目的：分析质子泵抑制剂的药学价值。方法：选取2013年06月～2014年06月我院收治的酸相关性疾病患者75例（上消化道出血、消化性溃疡、反流性食管炎各25例），将均应用质子泵抑制剂治疗，观察药物治疗效果。结果：酸相关性疾病患者病情均得到良好控制，其中上消化道出血患者治疗有效率为92．0％，消化性溃疡患者治疗有效率为96．0％，反流性食管炎患者治疗有效率为88．0％。结论：质子泵抑制剂可有效治疗酸相关性疾病，值得临床进一步应用、推广。
Abstract
objective:To analysis of proton pump inhibitors pharmaceutical value.Methods:select jun 06,2013 ~2014 of our hospital,75 cases of patients with acid correlation dis-ease (upper gastrointestinal bleeding,peptic ulcer,reflux esophagitis,25 cases),wil al use of proton pump inhibitors for,observe ef ect of drug treatment.Results:acid correlation disease patients get good control,treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients ef ective rate was 92.0%,patients with peptic ulcer treatment ef ective rate of 96.0%,reflux esophagitis patients treatment ef ective rate was 88.0%.Conclusion:proton pump inhibitors can be ef ective in the treatment of acid correlation disease,is worth further clinical application and promotion.
