摘要
目的：研究分析采用特殊护理对于小儿支气管炎患儿的临床应用效果。方法：选取2012年12月至2014年12月在我院确诊收治的110例小儿支气管炎患儿作为研究对象，将所有患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各55例，对照组患儿给予常规护理措施，观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予特殊护理，观察两组患儿的临床护理效果，并作对比分析。结果：观察组患儿的临床治愈率和护理满意率均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患儿的感染发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：采用特殊护理对于小儿支气管炎患儿具有较高的临床应用价值，能够有效提高临床治疗效果和护理满意度，减少感染发生，值得临床大力推广。
Abstract
objective:to study the use of special care to the clinical application ef ect of children with infantile bronchitis.Methods:to choose between December 2012 and December 2012 in our hospital were confirmed 110 cases of children with infantile bronchitis as the research object,al the children were randomly divided into control group and observation group,55 ca-ses children with the control group given routine nursing measures,observation group of patients in the control group given special care,on the basis of observing two groups of children with clini-cal care ef ect,and comparative analysis.Results:observation group with clinical cure rate and nursing satisfaction rate were significantly higher than that of control group,dif erence has statisti-cal significance (P <0.05);Observation group had a significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of infection in children with statistical y significant dif erence (P <0.05).Con-clusion:the use of special care for children with infantile bronchitis has high clinical value,can ef ectively improve the clinical ef ect and nursing satisfaction,reduce infection,is worth promo-ting in the clinical practice.
