摘要
目的：探讨全身静脉和腹腔热灌注双途径化疗联合体外高频热疗对晚期卵巢癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法：56例晚期卵巢癌患者，全部病例均伴有腹水，合并有局部疼痛50例，合并有腹腔种植转移癌结节36例。予以全身静脉和腹腔置管灌注双途径化疗联合体外高频热疗，观察评价其疗效及毒副反应。结果：56例患者近期疗效较为显著，腹水控制：显效（9／56）16．7％，有效（28／56）50．0％，总有效率（37／56）66．7％；疼痛控制：显效（15／50）30．0％，有效（27／50）54．0％，总有效率（42／50）84．0％；腹腔种植癌结节控制：显效（10／36）27．8％，有效（15／36）41．7％，总有效率（25／36）69．5％。结论：全身静脉和腹腔热灌注双途径化疗联合体外热疗治疗晚期卵巢癌是一种行之有效的，安全的姑息治疗手段。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the ef ect and adverse reaction of intravenous and intraperitoneal hyperthermic double way chemotherapy combined with extracorporeal high -frequen-cy hyperthermia for advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:56 cases of patients with advanced ovarian cancer,al cases were accompanied by ascites,accompanied with local pain in 50 cases,com-bined with peritoneal metastasis cancer nodules in 36 cases.Be intravenous and intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy combined with external high frequency thermotherapy in double catheter, evaluate the ef icacy and toxicity of observation.Results:56 patients of recent curative ef ect is more significant,ascites control:(9 /56)16.7%,markedly ef ective (28 /56)of 50%,the total ef iciency of 66.7% (37 /56);pain control ef ect:(15 /50)30% (27 /50),ef ective 54%,the total ef iciency of 84% (42 /50);peritoneal cancer nodules (control:ef ective 10 /36)27.8%(15 /36),ef ective 41.7%,the total ef iciency of 69.5% (25 /36).Conclusion:intravenous and intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy combined with hyperthermia in vitro dual approach in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer is a kind of ef ective,safe pal iative treatment.
