objective:to study the nursing intervention to the clinical ef ect of infantile pneumonia with heart failure.Methods:to choose between December 2012 and December 2012 in our hospital treated 92 cases of infantile pneumonia with heart failure patients diagnosed as the research object,al the children were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases children with the control group given routine nursing care,observation group of patients in the control group,the implementation of nursing intervention on the basis of comparison and analysis the nursing ef ect of two groups of children.Results:the observation group of children with heart failure to correct time and the average length of hospital stay were significantly less than the control group,two groups compared significant dif erence (P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:the ef ective nursing intervention measures for high clinical application value of infantile pneumonia with heart failure,can ef ectively al eviate symptoms of children with heart failure,shorten hospitalization time,promote the children recover at an early date,is worth pro-moting in the clinical practice.
