摘要
目的：分析替牙期下颌后缩畸形的两期矫正治疗的临床疗效。方法：收集我院2013年1月－2014年6月期间诊治的34例下颌出现后缩畸形患儿作为研究对象，所有患儿均给予两期矫正治疗，观察患儿的治疗效果。结果：本组患儿经两期矫正治疗后 Z 角、CO －PG 显著上升（P ＜0．05），ANB、1－MP、1－S 明显降低（P ＜0．05）。结论：替牙期下颌后缩畸形的两期矫正治疗具有良好的临床疗效。
Abstract
objective:to analyze phase for tooth jaw contraction deformity after the clinical curative ef ect of two phase of orthodontic treatment.Methods:col ected in January 2013 -June 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 34 cases of mandibular deformity children as the research object,after the onset of al children are given two phase of orthodontic treatment,ob-serve the patient's therapeutic ef ect.Results:after two phase of orthodontic treatment in children with Z Angle,CO -PG significantly increased (P <0.05),ANB,1 -MP,1 -S signifi-cantly decreased (P <0.05).Conclusion:phase for tooth jaw contraction deformity after two phase of orthodontic treatment has good clinical ef icacy.
