Objective:observation and analysis were carried out on the diagnosis and treatment ef ect of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods:during the period from 2012 April to 2014 April in our hospital underwent abdominal operation treatment of clinical research of 40 cases appeared after the early inflammatory intestinal obstruction pa-tients.Results:in 40 cases,39 cases (97.5%)were conservative treatment was recovered and discharged from hospital,1 patients (2.5%)due to the presence of intestine extensive inflamma-tory edema and close adhesion of ileocecal fistulization,patients in the postoperative anal exhaust after 12D and Pai then,3 months after discharge made closure fistula and cured.Conclusion:abdominal postoperative clinical symptoms and pathology in patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction is more special,the majority of patients only and can be cured by conservative treatment.
