人性化服务对老年糖尿病患者心理及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的：探讨人性化服务对老年糖尿病患者心理及生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析100例于我院就诊的老年糖尿病患者的临床资料，并分析人性化服务对患者的心理与生活质量的影响。结果：观察组患者的 SAS 与 SDS 评分均明显低于对照组患者，而 QOL 评分则明显高于对照组患者，且差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：给予老年糖尿病患者人性化服务护理，能够显著地改善患者的心理状况与生活质量，值得在临床上大力推广应用。
Abstract
objective:to investigate the humanized service on the psychology and the quality of life of patients with senile diabetes.Methods:100 cases in our hospital were retrospec-tively analyzed the clinical data of the elderly patients with diabetes,and analyze the humanized service for the patient's psychology and the influence of quality of life.Results:observation group of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group patients,patient and QOL score significantly higher than the control group,and the dif erences were statistical-ly significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:the elderly diabetes patients'humanized service care,can significantly improve the patient's psychological status and quality of life,is worth the clinical promoted application.
