摘要
目的：分析营养不良在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的发生率及影响因素。
Abstract
Objective:to analyse the incidence of malnutrition among patients with ulcerative colitis and influencing factors. Methods:80 patients with ulcerative colitis in ful of the data col ected prospectively analysis,according to the subjective standard on the nutritional status and overal assessment (SGA)on-set time,severity,complications,and af ected scope,risk factors,such as correlation analysis.Results no or mild malnutrition or severe malnutrition in group and group the onset time,serious degree,af ected scope and area dif erence had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion:the severity of the ulcers colitis,the influence of the high risk of malnutrition is the largest,should actively treat the primary disease;Malnutrition in inflammatory bowel disease incidence rate is high,need to improve the correct understanding of malnutrition.
