摘要
糖尿病的慢性并发症，除视网膜、神经、肾脏、心脑血管等系统的损害外，非酒精性脂肪肝（Nonalcoholic fat y liver ，NAFL）亦是常见并发症之一。二者相互影响，产生的危害协同叠加，后果较为严重，因此对二者发病机理的关注也越来越受到重视，本文对2型糖尿病（Type 2 diabetes mel itus ，T2DM）合并 NAFL 的流行病学、发病机制、二者与其它疾病的相关性以及该病治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract
The chronic complications of diabetes mel itus,in addition to retinal,neural,kidney,cardiovascular system damage,non alcoholic fat y liver (Nonalcoholic fat y liver, NAFL)is one of the common complications.The two mutual y influence each other,and consequence is more serious,so the pathogenesis of NAFL and T2DMis being paid more and more at-tention.This paper have reviewed the epidemiology,pathogenesis,treatment research progress,Correlation with other diseases of nonalcoholic fat y liver disease with type 2 diabetes mel itus.
