摘要
儿童、青少年时期活动性强，常因运动、玩耍等意外事故造成牙齿外伤折断，外伤前牙必须得到及时有效的治疗，以恢复其美观和功能，若处理不当，还会造成牙齿变色，根尖周病变，牙根发育停止，给患者身心健康带来一系列不良影响。临床上，恒牙冠折可采用纤维桩或金属桩，加上塑料甲冠或者复合树脂直接修复的治疗办法。鉴于该病多发的情况，本文对年轻恒牙冠折的治疗方法作一对比和综述。
Abstract
Trauma to the anterior teeth is a common phenomenon when playing and doing sports in young children and in adolescents.Crown fracture to the permanent teeth has an in-tense ef ect not only on the patient’s appearance,but also on function and speech.If not handled properly,the broken tooth often developed into discoloration,periapical lesions and interfere root growth,which also impacted patients'physical and mental health.Clinical physicians often used fiber post or metal post with plastic crown or composite direct restoration.In view of the dis-ease -prone,the paper make a reviews and comparison to the treatment of young permanent incisors with crown fracture.
