摘要
目的：探索两面针药材的体外抑菌作用。方法：采用纸片琼脂扩散法，观察两面针药材提取物对临床常见感染病菌的抑制作用。结果：两面针提取物对9种临床常见感染细菌（金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌）均有不同程度的体外抑制作用。结论：两面针药材提取物在体外对9种临床常见感染细菌有抑制作用。
Abstract
Objective To study on the antibscterial action of extracts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.in vitro.Methods To observe the antibscterial action of extracts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.On common clinical bacterials with disc agar dif usion method.Results The extracts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.showed strong inhibitory ef ects on common clinical pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacil us aeruginosus,Bacil us subtilis ,Salmonel a typhi,,Klebsiel a pneumoniae and Hemolytic streptococcuses.Conclusion The ex-tracts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.has strong inhibition on bacteria in vistro.The results provide a basis for clinical application of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.)DC.
