一期根治法手术联合中医辨证治疗肛周脓肿的疗效观察

摘要
目的：探讨“一期根治法手术联合中医辨证治疗肛周脓肿”治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2009年9月－2014年3月肛周脓肿采用一期根治术联合中医辨证治疗的病例55例，回顾性研究并较传统的手术方法对比观察治疗效果。结果：55例患者均痊愈，跟踪1－3年无复发。讨论一期根治术治疗肛周脓肿疗效肯定，住院时间短，避免二次手术，为患者减少痛苦、减轻经济负担，有推广价值。
Abstract
objective:to study the issue of cure method of joint surgery of traditional Chinese medicine treatment crissum abscess ”the clinical curative ef ect of treatment crissum ab-scess.Methods:from September 2009 to March 2014 crissum abscess with a period of radical cases of combined therapy with syndrome dif erentiation of TCM,55 cases were retrospectively stud-ied and compared with the traditional operation method contrast observed treatment ef ect.Results:55 cases were recovered,track 1 -3 years without recurrence.Discuss issue of radical cura-tive ef ect on crissum abscess,shorter hospitalization time,avoid secondary surgery.
