摘要
目的：临床通过口腔冲洗对舌癌术后的口腔护理应用效果的观察，找出适合的口腔护理方法，提高护理质量。方法通过2014年6到2014年12月对72名舌癌根治术患者行口腔冲洗联合使用康复新含漱液后患者口腔清洁度、舒适度、异味、溃疡等及口腔分泌物观察结果32名患者未见口腔溃疡发生，口腔清洁度良好，其中除2例轻微口腔异味，其余患者均未发生异状现象，取得了很好的临床护理效果。结论：口腔冲洗在口腔护理的过程中，能有效的清除因手术残留的污垢、血迹，保持患者口腔清洁。
Abstract
objective Clinical through the mouth rinse for tongue cancer postoperative oral care application ef ect of observation,find out the suitable for oral care methods,improve the quality of nursing.method By June 2014 to December 2014 in 32 patients with oral tongue cancer radical new contain gargle fluid flush the combination of rehabilitation patients after oral cleanli-ness,comfort,peculiar smel ,ulcers,and oral secretions Result 32 patients did not see the oral cavity ulcer,oral cavity cleanness is good,except 2 cases of minor bad breath,the rest of the patients were not dif erent shape phenomenon,has obtained the good ef ect of clinical nursing.Conclusion Oral rinse in the process of oral care,can ef ectively remove residual dirt,blood for surgery,the patient's mouth keep clean.
