摘要
目的：对化症汤在气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者中的治疗效果进行分析。方法：选取我院2012年6月—2014年6月间68例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者，将患者分为两组，每组34例，1组采用常规方式进行治疗，2组采用化症汤治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：1组治疗痊愈的11例，治疗显著的13例，治疗有效的9例，治疗无效的1例，治疗总有效率为70．6％；2组治疗痊愈的23例，治疗显著10例，治疗有效的1例，无治疗无效的患者，治疗总有效率为97％，两组比较 p ＜0．05。结论：化症汤在气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者中的治疗效果显著。
Abstract
Objective:to disease Decoction in patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of uterine leiomyoma treatment ef ect analysis.Methods:selected in our hospital cases of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of uterine leiomyoma patients,2 groups of patients with soup treatment,compared two groups of patients were treatment ef ect.Results:11 cases were cured and 1 groups of treatment,the treatment of 13 cases of significant,treatment of 9 cases of ef ective,1 cases inef ective treatment,the total ef ective rate was 70.6%,no treatment cases inef ec-tive,the total ef iciency of treatment 97%,P <two comparison group 0.05.Conclusion:in patients with qi stagnation and Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment ef ect is significant in uterine leiomyoma.
