甲状腺机能亢进症合并 II 型糖尿病病人的围手术期处理

摘要
目的：探讨原发甲状腺机能亢进症合并 II 型糖尿病病人围手术期处理。方法对28例合并 II 型糖尿病的原发甲状腺机能亢进症手术病人术前、术后血、尿糖水平进行监测和控制的结果进行回顾性分析。结果28例病人空腹血糖由入院时的（11．80±2．48）mmol ／l 降至手术前的（5．86～8．12）mmol ／l 及手术后的（7．02±1．45）mmol ／l，尿糖由入院时阳性全降至手术前阴性，所有病人术后均恢复良好，无一例发生糖尿病所致的并发症。结论原发甲状腺机能亢进症合并 II 型糖尿病的病人经良好的血 Blood sugar、尿糖 Urine sugar 控制渡过围手术期是安全、有效的。
Abstract
Objective]Discuss peri operative management of primary hyperthyroidism accompanied by type II diabetes mel itus patients.[Methods ]Analyze by reviewing the monitor and control of blood ,urine sugar level of 28 patients with type II diabetes in primary hyperthyroidism surgery patients before and after surgery[Result]To control blood and urine sugar is safe and ef ective for the primary hyperthyroidism accompanied by type II diabetes mel itus patients to get wel during the Perioperative.
