摘要
目的：促进护理不良事件的有效预防与合理解决。方法以2013－2014年度我院申报的35例护理不良事件为例。结果临床护理不良事件发生的主要原因是工作人员在护理工作中责任心不强，不遵守规章制度、违反操作规程或技术水平低。结论提高护士的核心能力，完善上报机制，可促进护理不良事件的有效预防和合理解决。
Abstract
Objective To Promote the ef ective prevention and reasonable solution of adverse events in nursing.Methods To explore the 35 nursing adverse events of our hospital in 2013-2014. Results The main reasons of nursing adverse events are the lack of accountability,the violation of rules and regulations and the low level of technology of nurses in their work .Conclusion We should improve the core capabilities of nurses and the reporting mechanism to promote the ef ective prevention and reasonable solution of nursing adverse events.
