摘要
上睑下垂是指患者的上睑部分或全部不能提起，而导致其上睑呈下垂状态的眼科常见疾病，是较为常见的眼部畸形。长期临床研究发现，上睑下垂患者因睑裂变窄、上睑缘长期遮住瞳孔区等原因，极易出现视物不清，弱视等问题，而且因为外观的缺陷，患者出现自卑感，[1]严重影响患者的身心健康，手术治疗是最有效的治疗方法，随着社会的进步，人们对手术的要求越来越高，不仅仅局限解决视力障碍问题，还要对整体疗效和美容外观有了更高的要求。而良好的术前术后护理是保证手术成功的关键。
Abstract
[Abstract ptosis ] refers to the upper eyelid part or al of the patients can't mention,it is sagging upper eyelid caused state of common eye disease,is a common ocular malformation. Long -term clinical study found that patients with ptosis by eyelid fission narrow,upper eyelid edge cover pupil area for a long time,the vision is not clear,appear easily problem such as ambly-opia,and because of the appearance defects,patients with inferiority complex,the serious influence to the physical and mental health of patients,surgery is the most ef ective treatment method, with the progress of the society,people more and more high to the requirement of the operation,not only solve the problem of visual impairment,even to the overal curative ef ect and beauty ap-pearance had the higher request.And good preoperative postoperative nursing is the key of successful operation.
