PASS 矫治系统对支抗磨牙控制的有效性初探

目的:评估 PASS 矫治系统治疗安氏Ⅰ类错合畸形的支抗控制效果。方法分别选取经 PASS 矫治技术及新亚标准直丝弓技术(Roth 矫治技术,以下均简称 Roth 组)治疗的安氏Ⅰ类错合患者各15例,其中双颌前突错合患者12例,重度拥挤患者18例,分别测量其治疗前后的头颅侧位片,评价患者矫治前后支抗磨牙位置变化①,总结 PASS 矫治系统支抗磨牙控制的特点。结果:与 Roth 技术治疗组相比,PASS 系统治疗组支抗磨牙位置变化较小,差异有统计学意义,即支抗控制效果良好。结论 PASS 矫治系统无需额外支抗,能有效控制支抗磨牙位置变化。
Preliminary clinical study on of Physiologic Anchorage Spee”s-wire System in the treatment of skeletal class Ⅰ malocclusion
Objective:To investigate the ef ect of the anchorage control for the treatment of angle class I malocclusion characteristics in using PASS System Methods:30 skeletal class Ⅰ patients ,including 12 patients with Bimaxil ary protrusion malocclusion ,18 patients with severe congestion malocclusion,15 using PASS System and 15 using Roth System .Measure the panoramic radiographs before and after the treatment,Assessment of patients before and after treatment of Anchorage Molar Position Change,Summarizes the characteris-tics of PASS control system of Anchorage Molar correction.Results:Compared with the group of Roth treatment,the Anchorage molar position of the PASS treatmeng group does not change obvi-ously. Conclusion:PASS treatment system can change the ef ective control of Anchorage Molar Position without additional anchorage.
