促红细胞生成素及衍生物抗缺血/再灌注损伤的研究现状

近年来,促红细胞生成素(EPO)及其相应的衍生物在非造血功能方面日益受到国内外研究者的重视。研究发现,在缺血/再灌注方面促红细胞生成素及其相应的衍生物有明显的保护重要器官作用,如减少细胞凋亡、抗炎、减少氧化应激反应、提高器官功能等。现将促红细胞生成素及相应衍生物抗缺血/再灌注损伤的相关机制研究、作用剂量与给药时机、效果评价与临床应用综述如下,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Research Status of Erythropoietin and its Derivative in Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury
Inrecentyears,domesticandforeignresearchersarebecomingmoreandmoreatentiontoerythropoietin(EPO)anditsderivativeinnon-erythropoieticfunction.Scholars found that EPO and its derivative had obvious ef ects of protecting vital organs,such as at enuating apoptosis,anti-inflammatory,reducing oxidative stress,improving organic function etc.This ar-ticle summarizes the study of related mechanism of erythropoietin and its derivative in ischemia/reperfusion injury,ef ect of doseand drug administration time,ef ectiveness evaluation and clinical application,and the prospect of the application is glimpsed as wel .
