Objective:To study the clinical ef ect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gal bladder calculi in operation.Methods:randomly selected 100 patients with gal -bladder stones in our hospital treatment,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group,the patients in the observation group were trea-ted with laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the treatment,while the control group were treated by traditional open operation resection of gal bladder stones,to observe the clinical ef ect of two groups of objects.Results:the observation group patients in the operation success rate,operation time,amount of bleeding and the recovery operation there was significant dif erence between the ambulation time and the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P <0.05),in addition,the observation group after operation complication rate was 10%,26% in the control group,two groups of complications had significant dif erence,with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:the method of laparoscopic operation in treatment of cholecystolithiasis lit le injury to patients,the success rate of operation is high,the clinical ef ect is good.
