摘要
目的：对比研究组和对照组患者手术后的牙齿修复效果、不良反应发生率和一周后骨厚度、植骨厚度，探讨在牙种植术中，口腔修复膜引导骨再生的临床效果。方法：选取我院需接受牙种植引导骨再生术治疗的患者60例，依据患者手术中使用的修复膜种类均分为对照组和研究组，对照组使用钛膜引导骨再生，而研究组使用天然双层胶原膜BioGide 引导骨再生，记录并对比两组患者的考察指标。结果：相对于对照组，研究组患者种植修复成功率显著且不良反应发生率大幅度降低、治疗一周后引导骨生长的效果显著，两组之间此三项观察指标的差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：天然双层胶原膜 BioGide 对牙缺失患者的治疗效果显著，值得在牙种植术中进行推广。
Abstract
Objective:comparative study group and the control group of patients after surgery for dental restoration ef ect,adverse reaction rate and a week after the bone thickness and bone thickness of dental implantation in the clinical ef ect of guided bone regeneration in dental film.Methods:60 cases of patients were selected to receive dental implant guided bone regenera-tion treatment,on the basis of biofilm species were used in patients in the study group and the control group,the control group using titanium membrane guided bone regeneration,while the study group using natural bilayer col agen membrane guided bone regeneration of BioGide,the indexes to record and compare two groups of patients.Results:compared with the control group,patients in study group the success rate of implant and the incidence of adverse ef ect was greatly reduced,bone growth and a week after treatment was significant,the three indexes of the dif erences be-tween the two groups were statistical y significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:the therapeutic ef ect of BioGide on natural bilayer col agen membrane edentulous patients is significant,worthy of pro-motion in the dental surgery implant.
