摘要
【目的】探讨研究护理干预对耳聋患者的心理状态及治疗效果的影响。【方法】以我院收治的50名耳聋患者为研究对象，随机且平均的分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用高压氧与常规药物相结合的治疗方式，观察组在此基础上增加护理干预等措施。【结果】将治疗前两组患者的心理状态进行比较，治疗前组间心理状态无显著差异（P ＞0．05），而治疗后组间心理状态差异呈现统计学意义且观察组心理状态的改善扭转状况好于对照组（p ＜0．05）；此外，观察组显示治疗的总有效率达92．0％，对照组显示总有效率为76．0％，观察组患者临床治疗效果明显优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。【结论】对耳聋患者除药物与高压氧治疗以外适当进行护理干预有利于患者心理状态的改善，且能提升临床疗效，值得推广。
Abstract
Objective:to investigate the ef ect of nursing intervention on the psychological state and treatment ef ect of patients with hearing loss.[Methods]50 patients in our hospital as the research object,randomly and equal y divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in control group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and routine medicine combined treatment,the observation group on the basis of the nursing intervention measures such as increasing.[results]the two groups of patients before treatment of mental state were compared before treatment,no significant dif erence between the groups of mental state (P >0.05),and between the two groups after treatment showed statistical y significant dif erences in psychological status and psychological state of the observation group to improve the torsional is bet er than the control group (p <0.05);in addition,the total ef ective rate of the observation group display the treat-ment was 92%,the control group showed that the total ef ective rate was 76%,the observation group of patients with clinical curative ef ect is obviously superior to the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion]is conducive to the improvement of the psychological state of patients with deafness patients in addition to drugs and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of appropriate nursing inter-vention,and can improve the clinical ef icacy,is worthy of promotion.
