摘要
目的：探讨柔性管理用于普外科护理中的综合效果。方法本次选取研究对象护理人员60人，均为我院2014年1月至2014年6月在岗的护理人员。将60人随机分为对照组（n ＝30）和实验组（n ＝30例）。对照组护理人员给予普通护理管理。干预组护理人员在此基础上实行柔性护理管理。定期随访4－5个月，比较分析两组的护理质量、护理人员的焦虑评分。结果：实验组护理质量高于对照组，SAS 评分低于对照组，有显著差异，具有统计学意义，P ＜0．05。结论：柔性护理管理可以充分调动护理人员的工作积极性，发挥主观能动性，具有重要的临床意义。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate flexible management for general surgery care combined ef ect.Methods This study selected 60 nurses who are in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2014 nurses in the post.The 60 people were randomly divided into a control group (n =30)and experimental group (n =30 patients).The control group given normal care management nurses.The implementation of flexible care nurses in the intervention group on the basis of management.Regular fol ow -up 4 -5 months,a comparative analysis of the quality of care groups, caregiver anxiety score.Results:The experimental group was higher quality of care,SAS scores than the control group,a significant dif erence was statistical y significant,P <0.05.Conclu-sion:Flexible Care Management can ful y mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,to take the initiative,has important clinical significance.
