摘要
目的：探讨艾拉光动力治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的治疗效果及应用价值。方法：选择我院治疗结节囊肿型痤疮患者102例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予米诺环素治疗，观察组采用艾拉光动力治疗，记录两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为94．12％，对照组治疗总有效率为80．39％，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：艾拉光动力治疗结节囊肿型痤疮疗效优于米诺环素治疗方案，值得在临床上大力推广使用。
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the photodynamic therapy of El a of nodular cystic acne treatment ef ect and application value.Methods:102 patients in our hospital were nodular cystic acne treatment,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given minocycline treatment,the observation group with El a photodynamic therapy,recording two groups of treatment ef ect.Results:in the observation group the total ef ective rate was 94.12%,the control group total ef ective rate was 80.39%,the dif erence was sta-tistical y significant between the groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:El a photodynamic therapy nodules cystic acne ef ect is bet er than that of minocycline treatment program,it is worth to popular-ize in clinical use.
