摘要

目的:对阴道炎患者在不同年龄段阴道分泌物病原体感染情况进行分析。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年10月至2014年10月诊断为阴道炎患者的临床资料,采集其阴道分泌物进行相关病原体常规检查,滴虫及假丝酵母菌的检测用生理盐水涂片进行,BV(细菌性阴道病)的检测采用唾液酸酶法来进行。结果:2463患者中,共检出 BV 阳性率565例,比例为22.94%,假丝酵母菌阳性率333例,比例为13.52%,滴虫阳性率74例,比例为3%。在各年龄段患者中,20岁及以下 BV 阳性率为7.25%,显著低于其它年龄段组;而假丝酵母菌阳性率以50岁以上患者比例最高,为25.69%,显著高于其它年龄段组,差异具统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:阴道炎是危害妇女健康的常见疾病,临床上要对患者阴道分泌物同时进行滴虫、假丝酵母菌及 BV 检测,以更全面的反映患者病原体感染情况。

Abstract

Objective:to analyze the vaginitis patients in dif erent age vaginal pathogen infection.Methods:retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2013 October to 2014 October, clinical data of patients diagnosed vaginitis,vaginal secretions were col ected the related pathogen routine examination,with normal saline smear detection of trichomonas and Candida,BV (bac-terial vaginosis)detecting sialidase to.Results:of the 2463 patients,the positive rate of BV were found in 565 cases,the ratio was 22.94%,the positive rate of Candida in 333 cases,the ratio was 13.52%,the positive rate of Trichomonas vaginalis in 74 cases,the ratio of 3%.In patients of al ages,the positive rate was 20 years old and under BV was 7.25%,significantly lower than the other age group;the positive rate of Candida in patients over 50 years of age the highest proportion,25.69%,significantly higher than other age groups,the dif erence has statistical sig-nificance (P <0.05).Conclusion:vaginitis is a common disease af ecting the health of women,on clinical must simultaneously trichomonad and Candida vaginal secretions of patients with BV infection and detection,to a more comprehensive reflect patients pathogens.
