摘要
目的：对头孢替唑钠使用过程中出现的不良反应进行总结和分析，从而提高临床用药安全性。方法：对120例儿童静脉滴注头孢替唑钠引发不良反应的病历资料进行分析。结果：学龄前儿童出现不良反应的比例较高；男孩不良反应出现率71．67％高于女孩28．33％。头孢替唑钠临床使用中出现的不良反应主要包括：90．83％为皮肤和附件损害，5．83％的呼吸系统损害以及2．5％的消化系统损害。结论：对头孢替唑钠的使用进行严格管理，对现有的皮试方法进行改进，从而降低头孢替唑钠不良反应出现率。
Abstract
Objective:the adverse reactions of Ceftezole sodium in the use process are summarized and analyzed,so as to improve the clinical medication safety.Methods:theadverse re-actions of 120 cases of children with intravenous drip of Ceftezole sodiummedical data analysis.Results:the adverse reactions of preschool children appear high proportion;adverse reaction rate was 71.67% higher than that of girls and 28.33% boy appeared.The adverse reactions of Ceftezole sodium in clinical use include:90.83% for the skin and appendages,respiratory system damage in 5.83% and 2.5% of thedigestive system damage.Conclusion:the use of Ceftezole sodium in the strict management,the existing skin test method is improved,so as to reduce the oc-currence rate of adverse reaction of Ceftezole sodium.
