摘要
目的：探讨女性不孕与甲状腺相关抗体（TPO －Ab、TG －Ab）的关系。方法：以2014年4月至2014年12月在我院不孕不育专科门诊、妇产科门诊及内分泌门诊就诊的不孕妇女作为病例组，同龄健康女性作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法检测两组病例的抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPO －Ab）、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TG －Ab）。结果：不孕妇女甲状腺相关抗体的总阳性率为25．9％，对照组的阳性率为13．3％。结论：不孕妇女的甲状腺相关抗体较同龄健康女性明显增高。
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between female infertility and thyroidrelated antibody.Methods:From 2014 April to 2014 December in our hospital infertility pecialist out--patient,obstetrics and Gynecology and endocrinology outpatient infertility women as the case group,age -matched healthy women as control group.Anti thyroid peroxidase antibody by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (TPO -Ab)in two cases,anti thyroglobulinantibody (TG -Ab) .Results:The thyroid related antibodies in infertile women.The total positive rate was 25.9%,the positive rate was 13.3% in control group.Conclusion:thyroid related antibodies in in-fertile women significantly increased.
