摘要
目的：分析将全程护理应用于急诊危重患者抢救中的应用效果。方法：选择2013年1月－2014年4月我院接收的300例急诊危重患者的临床抢救资料进行回顾性分析。随机将患者平分为对照组、观察组各150例，在急诊急救过程中对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予全程护理，并对护理效果进行比较。结果：对照组、观察组的抢救成功率分别为90．00％、98．67％，观察组明显高于对照组，差异比较存在显著性（P ＜0．05）。结论：在危重患者的急诊抢救过程中对患者实施全程护理护理服务，可有效提高护理效率和质量，促进抢救成功率得到提高。
Abstract
objective:to analyze the whole nursing was applied to the application of emergency rescue of critical y il patients.Methods:in January 2013 -2014,April 300 cases receiv-ing in our emergency treatment of critical y il patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Randomly divide patients as control group and observation group 150 cases,in the process of emergency first aid in the control group given routine nursing care,observation group was given the whole nursing,and comparing the nursing ef ect.Results:the control group,the observa-tion group rescue success rate are 90.00% and 90.00% respectively,the observation group is significantly higher than the control group,the comparison exists significant dif erence (P <0. 05).Conclusions:in critical y il patients with emergency rescue for patients in the process of implementation of the whole nursing care services,which can ef ectively improve the ef iciency and quality of nursing,promote the rescue success rate was improved.
