摘要
皮损内注射糖皮质激素是皮肤科常用的治疗方式，近年来关于“糖皮质激素皮损内注射”治疗皮肤科疾病的论文很多，笔者注意到其中较多的表述为“糖皮质激素局部封闭”。然而参考相关文献及发展历史，在皮肤科的应用中，皮肤科医师不叫局部封闭，而称之为局部注射或皮损内注射。综合以上，故笔者认为还是称之为局部注射或皮损内注射更为妥帖规范。
Abstract
Intralesional corticosteroids are commonly used in dermatology treatments,many thesis about "the lesional corticosteroid injections"treat dermatological diseases in recent years,many of which the author notes described as "partial closure of glucocorticoids ."However,reference to the relevant literature and history of the development,applications in dermatology, dermatologist not cal ed partial closure,and cal ed the local injection or intralesional injection.Based on the above,so I believe it is cal ed local y or intralesional injection of more appropriate-ness specifications.
