摘要
目的：探讨舒肝解郁胶囊合用坦度螺酮治疗酒依赖戒断患者情绪障碍的疗效与安全性研究。方法：将60例酒依赖伴情绪障碍患者随机分为疏肝解郁胶囊合用坦度螺酮组和疏肝解郁胶囊组，两组共治疗8周，在不同治疗阶段采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）以及不良反应量表（TESS）进行评估，结果作前后及两组对照。结果：两组 HAMD 与 HAMA 评分，在治疗后的第2、4、6、8周与治疗前比较有差异性（P ＜0．05）；两组间 HAMD 比较差异无显著性（P ＞0．05）；两组在第4、6、8周后 HAMA 比较有差异性（P ＜0．05）；两组治疗后 TESS 评分比较差异无显著性（P ＞0．05）。结论：疏肝解郁胶囊合用坦度螺酮与单用疏肝解郁胶囊在治疗酒依赖戒断情绪障碍患者的焦虑症状中具有更好的疗效，并不明显增加副反应。
Abstract
Objective:to investigate the capsule ShuGanJieYu Joint Tandospirone in the treatment of alcohol dependence withdrawal resolve depression in patients with mood disorders, the curative ef ect and security of the control study.Methods:60 patients with alcohol dependence withdrawal mood disorder were randomly divided into the capsule ShuGanJieYu group and the capsule ShuGanJieYu Joint Tandospirone group,two groups of total therapeutic treatment for 8 weeks,in dif erent stages of treatment using 17 Hamilton Depression rating Scale (Hamilton 'Scale, HAMD -17),Hamilton Anxiety Scale (Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)test,the results and the two groups before and after contrast.Results:Two groups of HAMA and HAMD scores,after treatment of 2,4,6,8 weeks compared with before treatment have dif erence (P <0.05);HAMD comparison between the two groups there was no significant dif erence (P >0.05);Two groups of 4,6,8 weeks after HAMA more dif erence (P <0.05);TESS score compared the two groups after treatment there was no significant dif erence (P >0.05).Conclusion:the cap-sule ShuGanJieYu Joint Tandospirone resolve depression on the capsule ShuGanJieYu in the treatment of alcohol dependence withdrawal resolve depression mood disorders has bet er curative ef ect in patients with anxiety symptoms,not obvious increase side ef ects.
