摘要
目的：研究对干燥、皱纹女性面部采用玻尿酸注射治疗的临床效果。方法选取近年收治的面部严重干燥及存在较深皱纹的女性患者共72例，随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组每日加强洁面方式，并注重日常面部保养；观察组在此基础上注射玻尿酸。结果对照组保湿除皱总有效率为86．11％，观察组则为97．22％，组间对比差异显著（p ＜0．05）。结论玻尿酸能够促进皮肤细胞生长，对面部皱纹予以改善；同时可提升肌肤水含量，增强皮肤光滑度，保湿除皱效果明显。
Abstract
Objective It is used for the dry,wrinkled female face study the clinical ef ect of hyaluronic acid injection treatment.Methods Selection of facial severe dry admit ed in our hos-pital in recent years and there is deep wrinkles,a total of 72 patients with female,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group to strengthen daily cleansing,and pay at ention to daily facial maintenance;Observation group based on the injection of hyaluronic acid.Results Moisturizing anti -wrinkle controls the total ef ective rate was 86.11%,the compar-ison between observation group was 97.22%,significant dif erence (p <0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid can promote the growth of skin cel s,and to improve facial wrinkles.At the same time can improve skin water content,enhance the skin smoothness,moisturizing anti -wrinkle ef ect is obvious.
