摘要
目的：讨论中药奄包在急诊急性胃肠炎患者护理中的效果观察。方法：将收治的病例按照随机分组方式分为对照组及实验组，其中对照组44人，实验组46人。对照组常规给予抗感染，补液等治疗，实验组在抗感染等治疗措施以外予中药奄包治疗。比较两组在疼痛、肠鸣音、腹泻三方面的改善效果。结果：实验组在疼痛、肠鸣音、腹泻的症状改善上都优于对照组。P〈0．01，具有统计学意义。结论：中药奄包治疗能够改善急性胃肠炎患者的临床症状，减轻患者痛苦，值得临床推广及应用。
Abstract
Purpose:to discuss observation results of ef ectiveness of Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment on nursing of emergency treatment for patients with acute gastroenteritis.Meth-odology:al ocate col ected cases randomly into control group and experimental group,44 in control group and 46 in experimental group.For control group,such conventional treatments as anti-infection and fluid infusion wil be applied while for experimental group,Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment wil be applied on the basis of conventional treatment like anti -infection.Com-pare improvement ef ect between the two groups on pain,borborygmus and diarrhea.Result:improvement found in experimental group on pain,borborygmus and diarrhea is bet er than that found in control group and P <0.01 which means it is of statistical significance.Conclusion:Chinese Medicine Yanbao treatment can help patients with acute gastroenteritis improve clinical symptoms and relieve their pain.It is worth clinical promoting and practicing.
