摘要
目的：观察优质护理在重度子痫前期孕产妇护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2012年7月－2014年7月我院收治的90例重度子痫前期孕产妇按照数字法分为对照组（n ＝45）和实验组（n ＝45），对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予优质护理，比较产妇产后大出血、子痫发生率、死亡率以及焦虑评分情况。结果：两组产妇均未发生死亡情况，观察组产妇产后大出血和子痫发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；干预后，实验组产妇焦虑评分明显低于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：优质护理在重度子痫前期孕产妇护理中具有良好的应用效果，可显著减少产妇产后大出血和子痫发生率，减轻产妇焦虑情绪，具有积极的临床使用和推广价值。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the application ef ect of high quality of nursing in severe preeclampsia pregnant women in nursing.Methods:from 2012 July -2014 year in July in our hospital 90 cases of severe pre eclampsia in pregnant women according to figures were divided into control group (n =45)and experimental group (n =45),the control group was given conven-tional nursing,the experimental group was given the high quality of nursing,to compare the maternal postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of eclampsia,mortality and anxiety score.Results:the two groups of mothers were not death,the observation group of maternal postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of eclampsia was significantly lower than that of the control group,with sig-nificant dif erence (P <0.05);after the intervention,the experimental group maternal anxiety score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical y significant dif erence between groups (P <0.05).Conclusion:the quality of nursing care has a good ef ect on severe pre eclampsia maternal care,can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and eclampsia,reduce maternal anxiety,has positive clinical use and popularization value.
