摘要
突发事件是指突然发生，造成或者可能造成社会公众健康严重损害的重大传染病疫情、重大食物和职业中毒以及其他严重影响公众健康的事件[1]，成批烧伤系指烧伤患者在10人左右，严重烧伤在5人以上，特重度烧伤在3人以上。其特点是来势急、病情重、变化多常伴有复合伤，时间为突发性，临时组织，技术条件要求高，医护任务繁重，药品器械供求矛盾大，需要多方面协助配合，为此制定系列的适合临床护理应用的计划。
Abstract
emergency refers to happen suddenly,cause or may cause serious harm topublic health,infectious disease outbreaks and occupation of major food poisoning and other seri-ous public health event [1],mass burn refers to burn patients in about 10 people,severe burns in more than 5 people,more than 3 people in severe burns.Its characteristic is is urgent,severe il ness,changes often associated with compound injury,the time for the sudden,temporary organizations,demanding high technical conditions,medical task is arduous,drug and device con-flicts between supply and demand,the needs of many assist,this formulation is suitable for clinical nursing application series of plans.
