摘要
目的：探讨新生儿静脉输入钙剂外渗后的护理措施。方法对26例静脉输入钙剂外渗的新生儿，随机分两组，治疗组采用局部减压联合喜辽妥外敷；对照组用50％硫酸镁湿敷。结果72小时后总有效率，治疗组100％，对照组61．5％。结论输入钙剂渗出的新生儿，局部减压联合喜辽妥外敷护理，皮肤无红肿、坏死及硬结。
Abstract
Objective Investigate newborn care measures after calcium extravasate from vein.Methods Twenty -six newborns of calcium extravasation were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group adopt method that local decompression and dressing up hirudoid;control group adopt method that dressing up wet 50% magnesium sulfate.Results After 72 hours, both groups have ef iciencythe ,The ef iciency of the treatment group is 100% ,of which the control group was 61.5%.Conclusion The skin of the newborn which have being finded calcium ex-travasation,partial decompression Hirudoid topical treatments,is not swol en,necrotic and have not scleroma.
