摘要
目的：对我国青少年罹患风湿病的情况进行探讨，并分析其血液检验情况。方法：对2010年5月～2012年5月我院骨科所接收的青少年风湿患者进行分析，有效地比对患风湿病的青少年的血液检验情况。结果：将青少年风湿患者分为两组，除在红细胞压积方面存在差异之外，其他并无明显不同。相较于健康对比组，青少年风湿病组在免疫学和血液流变学的指标中均呈现出偏高的趋势。结论：治疗青少年风湿的有效方法主要是血液检验。
Abstract
Objective:To explore on our young people suf ering from rheumatism,and analyze the blood test conditions.Methods:analysis of 2010 May ~2012 received May our hospi-tal department of orthopedics juvenile rheumatism patient,ef ectively matchingblood test case of suf ering from rheumatism in adolescents.Results:the juvenilerheumatic patients were divided in-to two groups,except for dif erences in hematocritaspects,there is no other obvious dif erent.Compared with healthy contrast group,youth group in rheumatology immunology and blood rheology indexes showed higher tendency.Conclusion:the ef ective method for the treatment of juvenile rheumatism is mainly the blood test.
