摘要
目的：分析3372例小儿遗尿症的临床原因。方法：选取我院的小儿遗尿症患者3372例作为研究对象，进行随机分组，对照组为1686例，实验组为1686例；对对照组进行黄芪注射液和刮痧的疗法，实验组在对照组的基础之上加用穴位推拿疗法。结果：实验组的小儿遗尿症患儿的治疗效果比对照组要好，实验组总的有效率为90．57％。结论：除了必要的药物治疗、穴位刮痧疗法还应该给予患儿一定的心理辅导，尤其是学龄儿童，帮助他们减少心理障碍，尽快治愈小儿遗尿症。
Abstract
Objective:clinical analysis of causes of 3372 cases of infantile enuresis.Methods:selected in our hospital 3372 cases of children enuresis patients as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups,1686 cases in the control group,the experimental group was 1686 cases;the control group of Astragalus injection and scraping therapy,the experimental group on the basis of the control group by acupoint massage therapy.Results:the experimental group of children with infantile enuresis treatment ef ect of experimental group is bet er than control group,the total ef iciency is 90.57%.Conclusion:in addition to the necessary drug therapy,acupoint scraping therapy should also be given to the children of certain psychological counseling, especial y school children,to help them reduce the psychological barriers,as soon as possible to cure enuresis in children.
